Avatar & Sig Claim Rules

1. If it's already on the list, and you request that person, you will be denied, UNLESS the other person hasn't been on and posted for two months.

2. If you don't claim your PB, and someone else puts in a request for them, the person who put in the request will win, even if you've been here for months on end.

3. No arguing over PBs.

You may post here, even if you have not completed your character application. However if your application is not completed and accepted within one week, your reservation will expire, and your PB will be up for grabs once more.
